After reading this article I need to take time out and discuss it with local lawyers to help me file my trademark application for "KING.NET".

i know "kingnet" (without the dot) is a canadian software trademark since '01 too
Yes I saw this one in USPTO.GOV site and other KING related trademarks. There are many of them.

I'm looking forward to register KING.NET as my own trade mark.
UPDATE:
I called MyCorporation.com customer services and asked questions.
- They will prepare the application for a fee, cost is $175.
- I will submit the application form created by for my brand. A fee of $375 for my brand trademark application in UPSTO.GOV.
- Wait for examiner
- Wait for approval (or denied).
That's for now.
Correction on the application fee, the cost is $158.00 not $175.00.
