Yahoo's board of directors this weekend formally rejected Microsoft'stakeover offer. The board apparently wants either more dough or tohook up with a different partner, such as Google (which would raiseantitrust concerns) or AOL.
Analysts believe Microsoft will sweeten the pot by $5 billion to $12 billion.
