02. The .TV domain name must be a city or country, at least with 300,000 population.
03. Must have a NING community or developed website. For example http://www.michigan.tv/ and http://www.jersey.tv/
04. Use Footer the "Geopreneurs.TV Communities" with all the members URL addresses.
