During my troubleshooting and searching the Internet to solve this problem. I found two utilities that useful to do clean up. The first one is ccleaner from ccleaner.com website.

It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. Additionally it contains a fully featured registry cleaner. With ccleaner utility, I personally like the cleaning of your online activities such as your Internet history. I normally use the "Clear browse data" in Google Chrome or Internet Tools- delete browsing data in Internet Explorer after using my computer.

The second tool is from Microsoft, this is the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. When you run this tool, it will show you all other programs previously un-install or deleted but still left some files in your computer system or registries. You will encounter an error 1316 when youn try to reinstall a program due to corrupted files.

So, to resolve this issue. You need to fully un-install or delete the corrupted files for example Symantec or iTunes program. Run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility, highlights the programs then click remove. After that, you may reinstall your program again. It should work smoothly.
