Here's a formula to remember.

F = (C) 9/5 + 32
or
F = (C) (1.8) + 32

To change this for degrees Celcius result:

F - 32 =  (C) 9/5

(F - 32) 5/9 = C
or
(F - 32 ) 0.56 = C

For example:
Converting degrees Celcius (C) to degrees Fahrenheit (F)
Given: C =  32 degrees celcius

Formula:
F = (C) 9/5 + 32
or
F = (C) (1.8) + 32

Using the given data, the formula will become;
F = (32) (1.8) + 32
F = 57.6 + 32
F = 89.6 degrees Fahrenheit, this is a good weather (^_^)

Now converting the degrees Fahrenheit to degrees Celcius:
Given:
F = 89.6 degrees Fahrenheit

Formula:

From this formula F = (C) 9/5 + 32, we can move the 32 to the other side. In Math, when you move the number to another side, you need to change the sign from positive (+) to negative (-) or vice versa.

F - 32 =  (C) 9/5

we can re-write this formula the same way as shown below:

F - 32 = (C) 9
                     __
                      5

because we want degrees Celcius result, we need to transfer 9/5 to the other side.

(F - 32)  5   = C
              __
9

or
(F - 32) 5/9 = C ; 5/9 is equal to 0.56

or
(F - 32 ) 0.56 = C

or

C = (F - 32) 0.56

so therefore your data should look like this;

C = (89.6 - 32) 0.56
C = (57.6) 0.56

C = 32.256 degree Celcius
